The client link
From /dashboard/v2/invites you send a client a link of the form /i/<token>: 32 characters from 20 random bytes, of which only the SHA-256 hash is stored, so the plain token is shown once and never logged. The link opens the configurator on a record of its own with your name and logo, one price card from your own listing — your package and price template — and a request form that goes to you only. No other installer, no market reference and no list of installers near the address. A link is valid for 90 days and may run the roof pipeline at most 3 times; a resend mints a new token and the old one answers 410.
The Listing plan includes 10 client links per calendar month; the subscription has no monthly limit. Sends are capped at 20 per hour and 50 per day per organisation, and 3 emails to one address per day. Before the first link, the dashboard checks four things: an active template and package in your service area's currency, an active owner (lead offers are created in their name), accepted listing terms, and the switch Branded client links turned on.
The public link and the embed
/i/<your slug> is a stable link for your website, your email signature or a flyer. Every visit creates an anonymous record under your organisation — a branded run with your card only — and these visits never use your monthly links or your send caps. They are capped at 60 new records per organisation per hour and 30 opens per IP address per hour. The embed at /embedded/<slug> is the configurator inside your own site, loading your packages; the SDK behind it is documented at /docs/sdk.
Your colours
Your primary colour from the organisation settings is used on the branded record and in the client email when it is a strict hex colour and white text on it reaches a WCAG contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 (AA for normal text, luminance per WCAG 2.2). A colour below 4.5:1 falls back to the default colour, so a client never gets unreadable buttons in your name. Your logo shows on the card and on the branded page.
The demo
/demo opens a finished, branded run of a test house for a made-up installer, Demo Sol AB. Every visit gets its own clone of that record, so you can move panels, change the battery and open the panes without changing the source. A clone never makes a billed call: a new address, a retry and the request form answer with an invitation to try your own address. Clones are deleted 24 hours after they are made; one IP address gets 10 clones per hour.
One 3D editor for the run and the offer
The design a client makes and the design you edit in the offer are the same object: the structures, the obstacles and trees, the panel installations, the location with its map tiles, the placed equipment, the panel margins, the string count and inverter limits for the wiring, the charger cable and the snow and wind overrides. A request from the configurator lands on your offer's scene as revision 1; each save of your own scenes gets a version and a revision row, and a banner says where the design came from: installer, wizard, lead or import.
