For homeowners

Your data: what we keep, for how long, and who sees it

You can run the whole estimate without an account, a card or a phone call. This page lists what the estimate stores, when it is deleted, and exactly who receives what when you send a request.

No account, one private link

Your estimate lives at a link with a random token that only you have; open it again to continue, on any device. The link holds your address, the 3D model, your changes and the result. There is no login and no password. A run that never produced a result is deleted after 24 hours.

Example
The start page of the client link: Demo Sol AB at the top and an address field.

Retention periods

A result with no request is deleted 13 months after its last change, together with its stored aerial image and share images. Your raw IP address is removed from the record after 30 days; a hash of the browser signature and the campaign tags stay. If you send a request, the lead's name, email, phone and address are anonymised after 24 months; the consent text, its version and the time stay as evidence. Anonymous funnel events (which step was reached) are deleted after 13 months.

The same periods are written in the privacy policy, and a cleanup job runs them every hour; a deletion reaches the nightly backup on its next sync.

Sharing without the address

Share your result makes a second link, separate from your private one. It shows the numbers (panels, kWp, kWh per year, saving, battery), the municipality or postal town, and the roof's and panels' outlines in metres, never the street, the postal code or the coordinates. The preview image blurs the map tile. Turn sharing off and the old link answers 404; a new address or a new run does the same. The share page sets no cookie.

Example
The shared result: panels, kWp, kWh per year and the roof outline, with the municipality but no address.

Who gets your contact details

Only the installers you tick, up to three, each with its own consent. Each receives your name, email or phone, the address, the 3D design, the system and the estimate, inside its own account; no other installer sees it, and we do not call you or sell your details. Installers near you shows directory companies, but they receive nothing. The request form exists only when a privacy policy is published.

Homeowner ticks up to 3 Installer 1: its own copy lead, offer, 3D roof, estimate, loads Installer 2: its own copy lead, offer, 3D roof, estimate, loads Installer 3: its own copy lead, offer, 3D roof, estimate, loads one consent per installer

Where the inputs come from

The aerial photo and the address suggestions come from Google; an AI model reads the photo for roof faces, roof objects and trees. Sunlight and temperature come from PVGIS 5.3 (© European Union, CC BY 4.0). Spot prices come from elprisetjustnu.se. The country used to sort address suggestions is read from your IP address in a local copy of DB-IP's IP to Country Lite database (CC BY 4.0), with no external call. All simulation runs on our own servers.
