Terms for companies
Updated October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-v1
Changes in this version
- New document: the terms for companies that use the Numsolar dashboard (account, plans, use, liability, termination). They replace the old agreement shown in the dashboard.
- Your customers' data is yours. We process it only to run the service, under the data processing agreement that is part of these terms.
- AI output (roof models, panel layouts, energy and savings figures) and template content are estimates and examples that you check before you use them with customers.
- Liability is capped at the fees of the last twelve months, with a fixed cap on the free plan.
- Accepted with a checkbox at signup; owners and administrators accept again when a new version is published.

1. Parties and acceptance
These terms apply between Enskild Firma Milkevich Valiantsin, e-mail contact@numsolar.com ("Numsolar", "we"), and the company or trader ("you", "the Customer") that registers an organisation in the Numsolar dashboard at numsolar.com (the "Service").
The terms are accepted with a checkbox when the organisation is registered, by a person who may represent you. We record the organisation, the user, the version and the time. The data processing agreement is part of these terms. If you have a live listing in the installer comparison, the listing terms also apply. Homeowners who use the free estimate are covered by the terms of use, not by this document.
The Service is intended for businesses. You confirm that you use it in your business.
2. Account and users
- The organisation owns its account. The person who registers the organisation becomes its owner; the owner can invite users and give them roles, within the plan you have.
- Every user has their own login details and may not share them. You are responsible for what your users do in the Service and must tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The details you give about the company (name, organisation number, address, agreement details for your documents) must be correct and kept current. They are printed in the documents you make with the Service.
- We may suspend a user who breaches the terms or is a security risk.
3. Plans, prices and trial
- The plans and what they include are described at numsolar.com/pricing. Today there is a free listing plan (one user, your packages and price lists, your price card in the homeowner comparison, the lead inbox with no limit on requests, ten client links per month, no new PDF documents) and a subscription with everything in the listing plan plus PDF documents, more users, editable offers and projects, and the integrations. The subscription price is given on request.
- A new organisation has a 30-day trial with every feature. After that, the listing plan's limits apply until you take a subscription.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance per period through Stripe or by invoice as agreed. Prices exclude VAT. An unpaid invoice lets us limit the Service after a reminder (section 12).
- We may change prices and plans with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to the organisation's owner. You may terminate before the change takes effect. The listing plan is free during the pilot; fees for the listing follow the listing terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own business: planning, calculating, quoting and documenting solar and battery installations for your customers. You may not
- use the Service to build a competing service, or copy its methods, templates or data for that purpose;
- run automated tools against the dashboard, the public estimate (/configure) or the client links, or bypass limits, quotas and bot checks;
- use the public APIs (PV yield and simulation) beyond the limits stated at numsolar.com/docs/api, or share an API key you were given;
- upload content you have no right to, malicious code, or personal data you may not process;
- send client links or requests to people who did not ask for them, or in breach of the Swedish Marketing Act;
- give misleading prices or information to homeowners through the Service.
We may limit or suspend the Service for an organisation that breaches this (section 12).
5. Your data and your customers' data
- Everything you put into the Service — customers, prospects, addresses, roof models, offers, documents, templates, logos — is yours ("Customer Data"). You keep all rights to it.
- You give us the right to store, copy, display and process Customer Data only as far as needed to run the Service for you: show it to your users, generate documents, run calculations, send the e-mails you request, back it up and give support. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models and we do not sell it.
- Personal data in Customer Data we process as your processor under the data processing agreement. You are the controller and decide which data you collect and on what basis. The fields that exist (for example a personal identity number) are an option, not a request.
- Anonymous statistics about how the Service is used (counts, times, features — never Customer Data) we may use to run and improve the Service.
- Homeowner requests you receive through the comparison are given with the homeowner's consent; for them you are an independent controller (listing terms, section 6).
6. AI output and calculations
The Service produces roof models, panel layouts, shading, production and savings figures, prices under your templates and proposals for brand colours from your website. Several steps use AI models and satellite imagery.
- All of this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Roof planes, pitches, obstacles, trees, loads and energy may differ from reality.
- You check the output before you give a quote or a contract to a customer, and you are responsible for what you promise your customers. Numsolar is not a party to your contract with the customer.
- Snow and wind load values are input from load-zone maps, not a structural calculation.
- Satellite imagery comes from Google under Google's terms; you may not use it outside the Service.
7. Templates and documents
- The Service includes example templates for PDF documents, among them a template with general terms for consumer purchases of a solar installation. The examples are examples, not legal advice. The content of the documents you send to customers — text, prices, terms, tax deduction, certifications — is your responsibility. Have a lawyer review contract terms before you use them.
- Your own templates and your changes to the example templates are yours. We may keep our example templates and develop them further.
- Certification marks and logos you upload you confirm you have the right to use.
8. Integrations and third-party services
You can connect HubSpot, Fortnox, Formify (e-signature with BankID) and X to the Service. Each such service is your own choice and your own contract with the provider. We store access keys and transfer the data you chose to sync. We are not responsible for the provider's service, its availability or its processing of data. You can disconnect an integration at any time in the dashboard.
9. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but promise no particular availability. There is no service level agreement unless we have agreed one in writing. Planned downtime we announce in advance when we can.
- Support is given by e-mail at contact@numsolar.com on working days. We answer as soon as we can.
- We may change, add and remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for, we give at least 30 days' notice.
- We keep nightly backups. You are responsible for exporting the documents you need outside the Service.
10. Intellectual property and confidentiality
- The Service, its software, design, calculation methods, example templates and documentation belong to Numsolar or its licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the term.
- Suggestions and feedback you give about the Service we may use freely.
- Each party keeps the other party's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the agreement. This applies during the term and for three years after.
11. Liability
- Numsolar's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to Numsolar in the twelve months before the event the claim is based on. If you have used only a free plan or trial, liability is limited to SEK 5,000.
- Numsolar is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost business, or for decisions you or your customers take based on estimates in the Service.
- You are responsible for your use of the Service, your prices and information, the content of your documents and your processing of your customers' data, and you indemnify Numsolar against third-party claims that result from this.
- Nothing in the terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may terminate the agreement at any time by e-mailing contact@numsolar.com from the owner's address. A paid period runs out without refund; no new period is charged.
- We may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice by e-mail to the owner.
- We may limit or suspend the Service at once if you breach section 4, are a security risk, do not pay within 14 days after a reminder, or if the law requires it. We state the reason and lift the suspension when the problem is fixed.
- An organisation with no activity for 24 months we may close after 30 days' notice to the owner's e-mail.
13. At the end: export and deletion
- Before or within 30 days after the end you may request an export of your Customer Data. We deliver it as files (structured data and your documents) within 30 days of the request.
- After those 30 days, or earlier at your request, we delete the organisation's Customer Data from the Service within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on their schedule; a deletion remains in the copies for up to five weeks.
- We keep what the law requires (accounting records for seven years), the record of your acceptance of the terms, and anonymous statistics.
- Homeowner requests you have already received are yours; the copy with us is deleted or anonymised as the privacy policy says.
14. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms and the data processing agreement. A new version is published on this page with its version, date and a summary of the changes. The organisation's owners and administrators see the change in the dashboard and get an e-mail. For 14 days it is a notice; after that, a new acceptance by an owner or administrator is required to keep using the dashboard in that role. If you do not accept the new version you may terminate under section 12. Changes that are only in your favour or that the law requires apply at once.
15. Personal data
How we process your users' and your company's data, where we are the controller, is described in the privacy policy. Cookies are described in the cookie policy. Your customers' data we process under the data processing agreement.
16. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance. The parties first try to settle the dispute by talking.
