Listing terms for installers
Updated October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-v1
Changes in this version
- The draft note and the placeholders are gone; the version is unchanged, so listings already accepted remain valid.
- The references to the old dashboard agreement are replaced by the new terms for companies and the data processing agreement.
- Section 6 now says that new requests are e-mailed to your users by default, and that the homeowner's inputs travel with the request.
- Removal from the directory: five working days, without reservation.

1. Parties and scope
These terms apply between Enskild Firma Milkevich Valiantsin, e-mail contact@numsolar.com ("Numsolar"), and the company ("you", "the Installer") that
- enables a listing in Numsolar's public installer comparison at numsolar.com/configure,
- appears as a company in Numsolar's installer directory, or
- receives homeowner requests from Numsolar.
Your Numsolar account is governed by the terms for companies with their data processing agreement. These listing terms add to them and prevail for the listing, the directory entry and homeowner requests. They are accepted in the dashboard by a user authorised to represent you; the version, time and user are recorded.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are a registered company with a valid Swedish organisation number (or the equivalent in the country of your service area), that you hold the permits, registrations and insurance required to sell and install solar and battery systems in that country, and that the user accepting these terms may bind you.
3. What a listing shows
A live listing shows homeowners in your service area your company name and logo, a price for the system they configured — calculated from your published price template and package (including VAT and, where configured, the Swedish "grön teknik" deduction), your stated installation waiting time, and a payback estimate derived from the homeowner's inputs. The service area is the country and postcode prefixes you set. Numsolar tests your template with sample systems before and while the listing is live; a template that fails those checks pauses the listing.
4. Your duties regarding prices and information
- Keep your price template, package, equipment and waiting time current and truthful. Prices shown to homeowners must be prices you are prepared to quote for a comparable system subject to a site visit; "bait" prices are not allowed.
- Prices are shown as indicative until you have visited the site; you remain free to adjust after a site visit for reasons you explain to the homeowner.
- Information you publish on Numsolar must comply with the Swedish Marketing Act (marknadsföringslagen 2008:486) and consumer law.
- Tell us promptly if your company data (name, organisation number, address, website) changes.
5. Ranking and placement
Price cards are sorted by price, lowest first, from the homeowner's configuration. There is no paid placement. Any "Recommended" label follows the wizard's own published rule and cannot be bought. Numsolar may show a market reference price computed from several listings; it is never attributed to you.
6. Homeowner requests
- A request is sent to you only with the homeowner's explicit consent, recorded with its text, version and time. You receive what the homeowner saw and agreed to share: name, e-mail and/or phone, address, the roof model and system with the homeowner's inputs, the production and savings estimate, and the price your card showed. You never receive information about the other installers the homeowner contacted.
- The request appears as a prospect with an offer and 3D scene in your Numsolar workspace and is e-mailed to your users who have that notification on (default: on).
- You become an independent controller under the GDPR for the data you receive. You must inform the homeowner about your processing, use the data only to answer the request and for your own dealings with that homeowner, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You may not sell, share or transfer requests to third parties, use them for marketing unrelated to the request, or add the homeowner to marketing lists without a separate consent.
- Numsolar recommends that you respond within 48 hours; homeowners are told to expect a direct reply from you. Numsolar may show response statistics to homeowners in the future; none is shown today.
- Requests are an estimate by the homeowner and an AI reconstruction — verify everything on site. Numsolar does not guarantee the quality, seriousness or volume of requests.
7. The installer directory
Numsolar maintains a directory of solar and battery companies in Sweden compiled from public sources (your website, Svensk Solenergi's member list, official registers). A directory entry shows public company facts — name, distance to the homeowner, services, website — and is marked "not verified · not a Numsolar partner" until you claim it. We may e-mail your company's published general address about a concrete homeowner request in your area or about claiming your listing; every such e-mail identifies Numsolar, carries a one-click unsubscribe, and sending stops immediately when you ask (marknadsföringslagen 19–21 §§). We never e-mail named individuals for marketing without consent.
Claiming links the directory entry to your Numsolar organisation ("Verified company"). We verify a claim through an e-mail address on your company's domain or by hand. A wrong claim is reversed on request.
Removal: you may ask at any time to have your company — or a named person — removed from the directory by e-mailing contact@numsolar.com; we remove the entry within five working days and keep only a note that prevents re-adding it. Removal from the directory does not affect an active listing you enabled yourself.
8. Forwarded requests before you join (planned)
This feature is not in operation. If a homeowner near you asks us to, we may in the future e-mail your company's general address a summary of their request (area, system, estimate) with a read-only link valid 30 days. The homeowner's contact details are included only with the homeowner's separate consent. You may reply by e-mail or claim your free listing to answer. Such e-mails follow section 7.
9. Fees
Listing, directory entry and receiving requests are free of charge during the pilot. Numsolar may introduce fees (for example a subscription tier or a per-request fee) with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail to your organisation's owner; you may disable your listing before the fee takes effect. Paid Numsolar plans are governed by the terms for companies.
10. Suspension and removal of a listing
Numsolar may pause or remove a listing, with notice where practicable, if prices or information are wrong or misleading, if requests are misused or homeowners complain, if your template fails validation, if these terms or the law are breached, or if your account is suspended under the terms for companies. You may disable your listing at any time in the dashboard; pending requests already delivered remain yours to handle.
11. Term, changes and re-acceptance
These terms apply from acceptance for as long as your listing, directory entry or receipt of requests continues. When Numsolar publishes a new version, the dashboard shows it; a listing accepted under an older version stays live for 14 days and is then paused until a user re-accepts. Material changes to fees follow section 9.
12. Liability
Numsolar is an intermediary: it does not sell, install or warrant installations and is not a party to any contract between you and a homeowner. Numsolar does not guarantee a number of requests, their conversion, or the accuracy of estimates (which rest on satellite imagery, AI reconstruction and the homeowner's inputs). To the extent permitted by law, Numsolar's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid to Numsolar for the listing in the preceding 12 months (zero during the free pilot); nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence. You indemnify Numsolar against claims arising from your prices, information or your handling of homeowner data.
13. Personal data
Numsolar processes your users' and your company's data as described in the privacy policy. For homeowner requests you are an independent controller (section 6). For your own customers' data in Numsolar, including client links you send, Numsolar is your processor under the data processing agreement.
14. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
