What a listing is
You list one package and one price template, plus the area you serve: a country and, if you want, postal-code prefixes. A visitor is matched when their country is yours and their postal code starts with one of your prefixes; a listing without prefixes covers the whole country. From then on every estimate in your area is priced through your package in about half a millisecond, from an in-memory copy of the listings rebuilt every 30 seconds.
The card shows what your package and price template carry: your name and logo, the total including VAT and after the grön teknik deduction, the panel count, the battery size, the payback in years, the waiting time in weeks, the warranties per panel, inverter, battery and workmanship, the financing labels and the equipment makes. Cost prices, margins, adjustment lines and internal notes never leave the pricing task.
Sorted by price, nobody pays for placement
The cards are sorted by price; the homeowner can switch to payback time or waiting time. When more than 30 listings cover an address, the ones with the longest matching postal prefix are priced first — a local installer before a whole-country one — and within the same prefix length a stable daily shuffle picks the rest. Nobody pays for placement. A listing that takes more than 2 seconds to price one request is dropped from that request and logged.
What a request contains
The homeowner picks up to 3 installers, ticks a consent per installer and sees our privacy policy before sending. Before sending, your price is computed again; a total that differs from the card by more than 0.01 kr is shown to the homeowner to confirm first. Each recipient then gets, inside its own organisation only: a prospect with the name and the email or phone, an offer at exactly the card's price, a deep copy of the 3D roof with the panels, obstacles and trees the homeowner adjusted, the system, the estimate, the snow and wind loads, and the consent text with its version and timestamp. Nothing about the other recipients is written to your organisation.
The email, the inbox and the Monday digest
The moment a request lands, the owner and every user with the prospects permission gets an email (each user can turn it off): the homeowner, the address, the system, your quoted price and a link to the request. The lead inbox at /dashboard/v2/leads lists every request with a status you set — new, contacted, quoted, won or lost, with a lost reason of up to 200 characters — and your response time, measured from the request to your first status change or your first activity on the prospect.
On Monday from 07:00 in your organisation's timezone a digest sums up the previous Monday to Sunday: requests received, requests still new after 48 hours, the median response time, won and lost, how many homeowners near your area ran an estimate.
